Sam Szorentini

Samantha Szorentini is currently a junior at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, double-majoring in Mass Communications and Journalism.  She has always excelled in and has a fierce passion for writing, film and entertainment.  During her sophomore year of high school, Samantha visited the set of TV show One Tree Hill at Screen Gems Studios in Wilmington, North Carolina, and after meeting the cast and crew members she knew this is exactly what she could see herself doing after college. Witnessing scriptwriters coordinating with cameramen and the cast, she wasn’t sure which production aspect would be the best fit for her, but it was the first time Samantha felt confident in a career field and chose to pursue it ever since. She lives in northern New Jersey, and hopes to return to the east coast after graduation with hopes of working at a major media organization in New York City or other major cities.
